Brady Radcliff & Brown LLP was founded on April 18, 2005. Doug Brown, Donny Radcliff and Cliff Brady were previously partners of a larger firm in Mobile, Alabama and decided to create a firm that would provide their clients with personal attention and representation in their particular fields of expertise. In October of 2006, Tom Radcliff joined the firm as an associate and in February of 2008, Craig Martin, a partner with the three founding attorneys in their prior firm, joined as the fourth partner of Brady Radcliff & Brown. Each member of the firm represents clients throughout the state of Alabama on a wide array of legal matters. The firm's litigation practice is primarily oriented in the areas of maritime and admiralty matters, professional liability defense including medical malpractice and pharmaceutical defense, commercial business litigation, products liability, title insurance litigation, employment practices litigation, workers’ compensation claims including the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and its extensions, general insurance defense and certain antitrust matters. The firm also provides advice and services to clients in the areas of business transactions and commercial loan documentation.
